Yes Volunteering aims to improve models and methods of using social and cultural volunteering as a tool for training excluded people for active citizenship, with a view to their personal and community empowerment.

Volunteering is today a tool for participation in society in various fields, establishing itself as an enriching experience that enables the development of social skills and competences. That is why we want to confront the power of volunteering as an adult education tool and equip especially adults not covered with skills and competences that help them to strengthen their sense of citizenship, responsibility and initiative; improve their media literacy and critical thinking; their digital and organisational skills; their career possibilities in the labour market, give an opportunity to gain international experience, develop their tolerance and sense of solidarity and broaden their horizons.
