The main problem the project addresses is the limited support available for the recognition and validation of the knowledge, skills and competences of international project managers active in Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the adult learning sector, acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning.

The general objective is to support the recognition and validation of the knowledge, skills and competences of international project managers active in Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the adult learning sector, acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning.

The direct target group of the project includes members, workers, co-workers, educators and volunteers from Third Sector adult education organisations (i.e. civil society organisations, including informal groups, non-governmental organisations and other non-profit organisations).
The indirect target group includes a wide range of education organizations - related organizations, institutions and decision-makers.
Our dissemination activities have reached a total of at least 44,830 recipients.
