The project “AER-V” project aims to expose and improve the little support available for the recognition and validation of the knowledge, skills and competences of international project managers active in Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the adult education sector, acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning.

The general objective is to support the recognition and validation of the knowledge, skills and competences of international project managers active in Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the adult learning sector, acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning.

The direct target group of the project includes the members, workers, co-workers, educators and volunteers of adult education organisations in the Third Sector (i.e. civil society organisations, including informal groups, non-governmental organisations and other non-profit organisations).
The indirect target group includes a wide range of education - related organisations, institutions and decision makers.
Our dissemination activities have reached a total of at least 44,830 recipients.

This project is supported in the frame of the Erasmus+ European programme.
