The project “ONE-STEP-UP – Developing Skills and Competences with Marginalised Adults" project aims to support low-skilled European learners in adulthood, encouraging their reintegration into education and training, through micro-learning approaches that have made adult education accessible and flexible, and encouraged greater participation.
The project's main outcomes are:
- Creation of Microlearning Toolbox for educators.
- Microlearning Resources - Set of multimedia microlearning resources.
- Adult Educator's Handbook - Enable the utilisation of the Micro-learning resources developed in this project with the low-skilled adults.
- Professional Development Training for Frontline Adult Educators - Continuing Education Programme tailored for adult educators with specific emphasis on non-traditional approaches.
- ONE-STEP UP MOOC - An online space that will provide access to all learning materials and will be available as Open Educational Resources (OER).
- Practical and Policy Recommendations Report.
