Training Activities
Rightchallenge develops training, capacity-building and learning activities for people, organisations and communities seeking to strengthen knowledge, competences and opportunities for participation. As a training provider certified by DGERT in the areas of Educational Sciences (142), Environmental Sciences (422) and Social Work and Guidance (762), we design educational interventions based on participatory, inclusive methodologies that are tailored to different contexts and target groups.
Our activities can take different forms, including courses, workshops, practical laboratories, capacity-building sessions, learning pathways, awareness-raising activities, exchanges of practice and the development of educational resources. They are delivered in cooperation with schools, training centres, universities, municipalities, businesses, civil-society organisations and European partners.
We work with teachers, trainers, youth workers, educators, practitioners, young people, adults, migrants, people with disabilities or health conditions, as well as people and communities with fewer opportunities. We aim to create accessible and meaningful learning experiences that recognise diversity, value participants’ experience and contribute to fairer, more sustainable and more innovative responses to local and European challenges.
Sustainable Training and Resources
Rightchallenge’s participation in European projects enables us to create, test, adapt and improve curricula, training modules, methodological guides, digital tools, educational materials, audiovisual resources and other learning tools. These results do not end when projects come to a close: whenever relevant, they are integrated into our training activities and made available to the communities, partners and target groups with whom we work.
In this way, we ensure the sustainability of knowledge and resources developed in a European context, transforming them into concrete opportunities for learning, capacity-building and participation at local level. Content can be adapted to different ages, levels of experience, support needs and institutional settings, and delivered face-to-face, in blended formats or through digital means.
Training Areas and Themes
Educational Sciences
Within the area of Educational Sciences, Rightchallenge develops courses related to pedagogical methodologies, non-formal education, learning-pathway design, digital competences for educators, learning assessment, group facilitation and educational innovation.
In this area, we also develop learning pathways on inclusion and diversity in educational settings; participatory methodologies for teachers, trainers and youth workers; competences for citizenship, democratic participation and media literacy; and the responsible, creative and inclusive use of digital tools for teaching, learning, collaboration and communication.
Environmental Sciences
Within the area of Environmental Sciences, we promote learning and capacity-building courses related to ecology, sustainability, climate change, the circular economy, consumption behaviours, green citizenship and community participation.
The content covers the integration of environmental sustainability into educational practices, the promotion of more sustainable lifestyles, the reduction of organisations’ environmental impacts, young people’s participation in climate initiatives, and the use of innovative methodologies to support educators and communities in becoming agents of change in the green transition.
Social Work and Guidance
Within the area of Social Work and Guidance, we promote courses related to social inclusion, equal opportunities, civic participation, guidance, life skills, well-being, community intervention, intercultural dialogue and support for people in more vulnerable situations.
In this area, we facilitate learning processes on the reception and inclusion of migrants; young people’s and adults’ participation in democratic life; tackling discrimination; accessibility and the participation of people with disabilities or health conditions; social, intercultural and digital competences; and the critical and safe use of technologies to reduce barriers to information, communication and participation.
Learning with Impact
Learning with Impact Rightchallenge’s training activities connect knowledge, practice and participation. We aim for every activity to contribute to strengthening people’s autonomy, organisations’ capacity to act and communities’ cohesion. By reusing and adapting resources developed through European projects, we extend the impact of their results and bring European innovation closer to the real needs of local communities.
