A\u00a0<\/span>Right Challenge \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0participa no projeto\u00a0<\/span>SCAM AI \u2013 Simulation-based Cybersecurity Awareness Training by Manipulating the AI-Agent<\/strong>, uma iniciativa Erasmus+ (KA220-ADU \u2013 Parcerias de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Adultos) que combate o\u00a0<\/span>vishing<\/strong>\u00a0(phishing por voz) atrav\u00e9s de forma\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora acess\u00edvel a todos. Coordenado pela\u00a0<\/span>Universidade de Saarland (Alemanha)<\/strong>, o cons\u00f3rcio europeu junta Portugal, Turquia, Litu\u00e2nia, Eslov\u00e9nia e Bulg\u00e1ria para proteger especialmente idosos e trabalhadores vulner\u00e1veis contra fraudes que causam\u00a0<\/span>perdas superiores a 29 mil milh\u00f5es de euros anuais<\/strong>\u00a0na Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u00a0<\/span>vishing<\/strong>\u00a0explora a confian\u00e7a natural das pessoas em chamadas telef\u00f3nicas, usando t\u00e9cnicas de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o psicol\u00f3gica cada vez mais sofisticadas. Idosos s\u00e3o\u00a0<\/span>4 vezes mais vulner\u00e1veis<\/strong>, devido \u00e0 menor literacia digital e dificuldade em avaliar inten\u00e7\u00f5es por tr\u00e1s de uma voz amig\u00e1vel. Os ataques adaptam-se a contextos culturais locais, sistemas banc\u00e1rios nacionais e at\u00e9 ao envelhecimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o europeia, mas as forma\u00e7\u00f5es tradicionais falham: s\u00e3o passivas, t\u00e9cnicas e pouco eficazes para mudar comportamentos reais (ENISA, 2023; Europol, 2022).<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u00a0<\/span>SCAM AI<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um projeto de forma\u00e7\u00e3o: \u00e9 uma\u00a0<\/span>resposta coletiva europeia<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>contra fraudes que destroem economias familiares e confian\u00e7a social. Ao combinar investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de ponta, IA acess\u00edvel e ci\u00eancia comportamental, o projeto oferece solu\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas que sobrevivem ao fim do financiamento, atrav\u00e9s de redes de embaixadores e recursos open-access.<\/p>\n
