As 6 <em>fact sheets<\/em>\u00a0refletem estes momentos de di\u00e1logo, aprendizagem e envolvimento com cuidadores informais, profissionais, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e decisores, que contribu\u00edram de forma decisiva para o impacto alcan\u00e7ado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1247\">Com o encerramento oficial do projeto ICWE a 30 de novembro de 2025, queremos deixar um <strong>agradecimento especial a todos os parceiros do cons\u00f3rcio internacional<\/strong> pelo forte esp\u00edrito de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, compromisso e qualidade do trabalho desenvolvido. Esta parceria permitiu criar resultados relevantes, pr\u00e1ticos e alinhados com as necessidades reais dos cuidadores informais em diferentes contextos europeus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1312\">Entre os principais resultados do projeto ICWE destacam-se:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1763\">\n<li data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1467\">\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1467\"><a href=\"https:\/\/icwe-project.eu\/pt\/resources\/\">Relat\u00f3rio de Grupos de Discuss\u00e3o (WP2)<\/a>, que re\u00fane evid\u00eancias, desafios e necessidades identificadas junto de cuidadores informais e profissionais;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1600\">\n<p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1600\"><a href=\"https:\/\/icwe-project.eu\/pt\/training-program\/\">Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o ICWE (WP3)<\/a>, dirigido a profissionais, formadores e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que trabalham com cuidadores informais;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1763\">\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1763\"><a href=\"https:\/\/icwe-project.eu\/pt\/resources\/\">Kit de Ferramentas ICWE para Cuidadores Informais (WP4)<\/a>, um recurso pr\u00e1tico, acess\u00edvel e orientado para compet\u00eancias, bem-estar e direitos dos cuidadores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1763\">Esperamos que estes recursos continuem a ser utilizados, partilhados e adaptados para apoiar cuidadores informais, profissionais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, contribuindo para o seu reconhecimento, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar, mesmo ap\u00f3s o fim formal do projeto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2232\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2232\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Muito obrigada a todas as pessoas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que fizeram parte deste percurso!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1862\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/icwe.project\/\">Facebook<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/icweproject\/\">Instagram<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/icwe-project.eu\/\">Site ICWE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
