Para responder a esta necessidade, o nosso <\/span>Policy Brief<\/strong><\/span>, desenvolvido a partir dos Relat\u00f3rios Nacionais dos pa\u00edses parceiros do projeto, apresenta experi\u00eancias, desafios e solu\u00e7\u00f5es concretas para promover essa integra\u00e7\u00e3o de forma eficaz e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n

O que pode ser feito?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para garantir a inclus\u00e3o efetiva das mulheres migrantes na sociedade europeia, \u00e9 essencial apostar em estrat\u00e9gias abrangentes que promovam a igualdade de oportunidades. Algumas das principais medidas incluem:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Investir em pol\u00edticas inclusivas<\/strong><\/span> que facilitem o acesso ao emprego, \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Facilitar o reconhecimento de compet\u00eancias e qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/span> adquiridas no estrangeiro, reduzindo o fosso entre experi\u00eancias profissionais anteriores e os requisitos do mercado de trabalho europeu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Refor\u00e7ar a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre diferentes atores<\/strong><\/span>: promover alian\u00e7as entre institui\u00e7\u00f5es, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil e empresas para criar percursos sustent\u00e1veis de integra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n
