Cofinanciado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia ao abrigo do programa Erasmus+, este projeto inovador foi desenvolvido por um cons\u00f3rcio de especialistas europeus: Exeo Lab (It\u00e1lia), RightChallenge (Portugal), Synthesis (Chipre), Dramblys (Espanha), e coordenado pelo GIP FIPAN (Fran\u00e7a).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto WHOW dirige-se especificamente a um p\u00fablico frequentemente negligenciado: as jovens m\u00e3es com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e os 25 anos que desejam retomar os estudos ou reintegrar a vida ativa ap\u00f3s a gravidez. O projeto oferece tamb\u00e9m ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas e gratuitas para os profissionais que as apoiam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ferramentas gratuitas para um impacto tang\u00edvel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dispon\u00edvel em cinco l\u00ednguas (franc\u00eas, ingl\u00eas, italiano, espanhol e portugu\u00eas), o WHOW oferece um conjunto completo de recursos destinados a refor\u00e7ar as compet\u00eancias pessoais e profissionais das jovens m\u00e3es:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cursos de Coaching: Para desenvolver a autoconsci\u00eancia, melhorar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais e melhorar as compet\u00eancias parentais.<\/li>\n<li>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o digital: seis m\u00f3dulos de e-learning para dominar as ferramentas digitais e de escrit\u00f3rio.<\/li>\n<li>E-CV Soft Skills App: Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o digital para identificar e destacar compet\u00eancias transversais, que s\u00e3o frequentemente subvalorizadas.<\/li>\n<li>Guia de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de teaser de CV eletr\u00f3nico: concebido para mostrar os talentos e pontos fortes espec\u00edficos das jovens m\u00e3es.<\/li>\n<li>Guia da m\u00e3e que trabalha em casa: dicas e conselhos para equilibrar melhor a vida pessoal e profissional.<\/li>\n<li>Cartografia da situa\u00e7\u00e3o das jovens m\u00e3es: uma an\u00e1lise aprofundada dos desafios enfrentados por estas mulheres nos cinco pa\u00edses participantes no projeto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estes recursos est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis gratuitamente em linha no s\u00edtio Web oficial do projeto: .<span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.womenhomeworking.eu\/fr\">www.womenhomeworking.eu\/fr<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os recursos desenvolvidos atrav\u00e9s do WHOW foram testados com sucesso em maio de 2024 durante workshops organizados no Porto em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Santa Casa da Miseric\u00f3rdia de Gaia \u2013 Projeto Primeiros Passos. Estas sess\u00f5es apoiaram sete jovens m\u00e3es, que tiveram a oportunidade \u00fanica de participar com os seus filhos. Este formato inovador abordou a falta de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de acolhimento de crian\u00e7as, uma barreira importante para a inclus\u00e3o profissional e social deste grupo, permitindo que os participantes se concentrem no seu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional enquanto permanecem perto dos seus filhos. &#8220;Apenas agradecer a Paci\u00eancia e disponibilidade da Diana, e a oportunidade que nos foi dada para nos beneficiarmos do curso.&#8221;, explica Iracema Bunga, uma das participantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Um projeto de inova\u00e7\u00e3o social e de integra\u00e7\u00e3o profissional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto WHOW aborda quest\u00f5es cr\u00edticas, incluindo a igualdade de oportunidades, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das compet\u00eancias parentais e a escassez de op\u00e7\u00f5es de acolhimento de crian\u00e7as. Ao integrar estas realidades, o projeto oferece solu\u00e7\u00f5es concretas e adaptadas para ajudar as jovens m\u00e3es a ultrapassar estes desafios e a recuperar o seu lugar na for\u00e7a de trabalho ou na educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os agentes do sector p\u00fablico, as associa\u00e7\u00f5es, as empresas e os cidad\u00e3os s\u00e3o incentivados a partilhar esta iniciativa e a promover estas ferramentas junto das jovens m\u00e3es e profissionais.
