Estrat\u00e9gias de sucesso e recursos para o recrutamento, treino, monitoramento de volunt\u00e1rios envolvidos em programas de empoderamento de compet\u00eancias \u2013 Um toolkit e um e-book de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para uma melhor qualidade e inclusividade no voluntariado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 ONGs de 6 pa\u00edses envolvidas na parceria estrat\u00e9gica do projeto Erasmus+ \u201cYes Volunteering\u201d t\u00eam estado bastante ativas. Em apenas 1 ano e meio, a equipa internacional de assistentes sociais e formadores conseguiram atingir 6 dos 7 resultados esperados  do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a \u00faltima reuni\u00e3o online, coordenada pelos nossos parceiros turcos da \u201cHappy Kids\u201d, com base em Ancara, o cons\u00f3rcio trabalhou para finalizar os \u00faltimos recursos criados com \u00e2mbito no projeto. A cole\u00e7\u00e3o do toolkit e do e-book de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam o intuito de disponibilizar recursos educativos de qualidade para a gest\u00e3o de programas de voluntariado, assim como ajudar a melhorar as compet\u00eancias de gest\u00e3o para o aumento do impacto do voluntariado para a inclus\u00e3o de grupos desfavorecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O toolkit e o e-book de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para gestores de programas de voluntariado foram desenvolvidos de modo a valorizar os melhores recursos educativos e de gest\u00e3o de volunt\u00e1rios poss\u00edveis pelo cons\u00f3rcio do projeto \u201cYes Volunteering\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cada parceiro focou-se na sua especialidade, consultou stakeholders locais e partilhou 3-4 recursos de qualidade utilizados no quotidiano de programas de voluntariado, como se segue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
