O projeto “Inside-Out”<\/strong> teve como objetivo ajudar os pais a lidar com os desafios di\u00e1rios da parentalidade<\/strong> e como construir rela\u00e7\u00f5es fortes com os filhos<\/strong>, ao desenvolver a gest\u00e3o do stress, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e as compet\u00eancias parentais ao seu pr\u00f3prio ritmo. Para abordar estes objetivos, o projeto Inside-Out desenvolvou uma vasta gama de recursos educativos para apoiar pais, fam\u00edlias e educadores de adultos. Atrav\u00e9s dos recursos e materiais criados no projeto e disponiveis online, de acesso livre, os educadores de adultos podem apoiar e fornecer aos pais a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de que necessitam para adotar os seus estilos parentais e comportamentos de forma a inserir rela\u00e7\u00f5es positivas com os seus filhos.<\/p>\n O projeto criou os seguinte materias de aprendizagem:<\/p>\n Este projeto
