header_4_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto <strong>&#8220;Skill-Pics&#8221;<\/strong> focou-se no desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias transversais, abordou a necessidade global de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, atrav\u00e9s do elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um leque de recursos educativos que apoiam o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias transversais necess\u00e1rias para o sucesso profissional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto teve como objetivo ensinar estas compet\u00eancias \u00e0queles que est\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho e \u00e0 procura de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u00e0queles que est\u00e3o \u00e0 procura do primeiro emprego ap\u00f3s terminarem os estudos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os t\u00f3picos foram sobre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Literacia digital,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Empreendedorismo,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pensamento cr\u00edtico e criativo,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lideran\u00e7a,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inova\u00e7\u00e3o,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trabalho de equipa e<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Impacto social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este projeto foi direcionado \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o vocacional e promoveu a aprendizagem atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos educativos inovadores, como Digital Breakouts e WebQuests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, foram desenvolvimentos um comp\u00eandio de infogr\u00e1ficos interativos que abordam compet\u00eancias transversais, uma plataforma de aprendizagem online que compreende os recursos desenvolvidos no \u00e2mbito do projeto e um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o que envolveu workshops.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+ <\/strong><\/span>&#8211;
