text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;14px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.9em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto <strong>&#8220;OutsideIN&#8221;<\/strong> centra-se nos <strong>adultos marginalizados<\/strong> e desenvolveu uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o com materiais e recursos educativos para apoiar os <strong>educadores de adultos<\/strong> a responder \u00e0s necessidades dos grupos de adultos de mais dif\u00edcil acesso em termos de aprendizagem ao longo da vida.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto alcan\u00e7ou os objetivos atrav\u00e9s do\/a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoio no desenvolvimento profissional dos educadores de adultos que trabalham no dom\u00ednio da aprendizagem ao longo da vida.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de novos materiais de aprendizagem com base nas necessidades dos formadores e dos formandos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e promo\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos para grupos marginalizados atrav\u00e9s de abordagens menos formais.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma s\u00e9rie de festivais comunit\u00e1rios de aprendizagem, a fim de melhorar o acesso a oportunidades e materiais de aprendizagem e explorar recursos de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o, aprendizagem e progress\u00e3o para grupos marginalizados nas nossas comunidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto concebeu e desenvolveu um curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o para os formadores da educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos, para que estes desenvolvessem compet\u00eancias essenciais para realizarem com mais confian\u00e7a\u00a0 e apoio o seu trabalho com os grupos marginalizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos os materiais e recursos de aprendizagem desenvolvidos no \u00e2mbito do projeto est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis <strong>gratuitamente online<\/strong> e foram produzidos nas l\u00ednguas dos parceiros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
