O projeto tem como principais <strong>objetivos<\/strong> 1) <strong>conectar<\/strong> os jovens dos pa\u00edses parceiros, 2) <strong>capacit\u00e1-los<\/strong> para tomarem medidas no que diz respeito \u00e0 sua sa\u00fade mental e \u00e0 sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa na sociedade e na democracia e 3) <strong>envolv\u00ea-los<\/strong> na cria\u00e7\u00e3o das suas pr\u00f3prias iniciativas e projetos para defender a sa\u00fade mental e a cidadania ativa.<\/p>\n<p>Ao mobilizar parceiros por toda a Europa, no Chipre, em Espanha, Portugal, It\u00e1lia, na Gr\u00e9cia, S\u00e9rvia e Irlanda, o projeto pretende criar <strong>rede de jovens<\/strong> resilientes, informados e ativos que possam abrir caminho para um futuro mais brilhante. Ao colaborar e defender a sa\u00fade mental e a cidadania ativa, o projeto Youth-Well capacita os jovens para se tornarem agentes de mudan\u00e7a nas suas comunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Para alcan\u00e7ar os seus objetivos, o projeto <strong>oferece<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atividades de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o por toda a Europa, para a juventude Europeia<\/li>\n<li>Manuais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sa\u00fade mental e democracia, direcionados at\u00e9cnicos de juventude<\/li>\n<li>Plataforma E-learning relativas a compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>Confer\u00eancias internacionais para jovens ativistas<\/li>\n<li>Atividades e forma\u00e7\u00f5es transnacionais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como tal, o projeto tem como principais resultados o desenvolvimento de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manual e Pacote de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o para T\u00e9cnicos de Juventude<\/strong>, centrado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens resilientes, com literacia medi\u00e1tica e civicamente empenhados, capazes de capitalizar os conhecimentos do grupo. Ambos ir\u00e3o conter cap\u00edtulos sobre a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de sociedades inclusivas, o envolvimento c\u00edvico dos jovens e o di\u00e1logo construtivo, e a sa\u00fade mental e o bem-estar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rede de Jovens \u201cYouthNet\u201d, <\/strong>que numa abordagem colaborativa ir\u00e3o promover a literacia medi\u00e1tica, o di\u00e1logo construtivo e o pensamento cr\u00edtico nos jovens, enquanto desmistificam a sa\u00fade mental. Este ser\u00e1 um espa\u00e7o de oportunidades inclusivas para jovens, especificamente jovens marginalizados ou socialmente vulner\u00e1veis, para participar no processo democr\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunidade de Pr\u00e1tica<\/strong> para jovens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Youth-Well Plano Estrat\u00e9gico,<\/strong> onde poder\u00e3o ser encontradas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas relativas \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade mental e participa\u00e7\u00e3o c\u00edvica da comunidade mais jovem, a partir da metodologia Youth-Well.
