O projeto GROWS, abreviatura de “Moving towards a Green tRansitiOn through sustainable Waste management education in the VET Setor”, visa sensibilizar e capacitar o setor do ensino e forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para a import\u00e2ncia da gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel dos res\u00edduos e do ambiente, melhorando simultaneamente a capacidade dos prestadores\/formadores de ensino e forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para implementarem atividades no dom\u00ednio da educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, com especial incid\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel dos res\u00edduos, e aumentarem os n\u00edveis de compet\u00eancias dos prestadores de ensino e forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o para uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n

Os objetivos do GROWS s\u00e3o os seguintes<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Refor\u00e7ar a capacidade dos prestadores de EFP para implementar pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis de gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos no dom\u00ednio da educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental.<\/li>\n
  2. Melhorar as compet\u00eancias dos prestadores de EFP para preparar\/implementar um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n
  3. Sensibilizar os prestadores de EFP e os formandos para a import\u00e2ncia da redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos.<\/li>\n
  4. Desenvolver materiais e recursos pedag\u00f3gicos inovadores para o sector do ensino e forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissionais, a fim de promover a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e melhorar as compet\u00eancias ecol\u00f3gicas dos formandos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
