O projeto “KRE8R”<\/strong> visou apoiar empreendedores criativos emergentes de todas as idades, com o seu potencial empreendedor no setor da ind\u00fastria criativa<\/strong> e colmatar a lacuna entre os formadores e os empres\u00e1rios criativos.<\/p>\n O investimento na educa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial \u00e9 um dos investimentos de maior retorno que a Europa pode fazer, uma vez que o empreendedorismo e o trabalho por conta pr\u00f3pria s\u00e3o fundamentais para alcan\u00e7ar um crescimento inteligente, sustent\u00e1vel e inclusivo.<\/p>\n O papel fundamental desempenhado pelas empresas em fase de arranque na promo\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico e da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego<\/strong> \u00e9 cada vez mais importante.\u00a0 Nesta nova economia digital, o valor imaterial determina cada vez mais o valor material, \u00e0 medida que os consumidores procuram experi\u00eancias novas, mas tamb\u00e9m enriquecedoras.<\/p>\n O projeto desenvolveu um curr\u00edculo<\/strong> que responde \u00e0s necessidades dos empres\u00e1rios das ind\u00fastrias culturais e criativas<\/strong>. Com mais de 100 horas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e com materiais que abordam temas espec\u00edficos relacionados com as ICC. Os resultados de aprendizagem acordados est\u00e3o descritos no quadro do curr\u00edculo fornecido pela Boreal Innovation e serviram como refer\u00eancia constante para o trabalho de parceiros, o que permitiu que os parceiros adaptassem o conte\u00fado para os valores culturais e sociais locais.<\/p>\n Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+
