Muitas destas necessidades s\u00e3o transversais e bem conhecidas. Outras, como a literatura tamb\u00e9m evidencia, s\u00e3o espec\u00edficas a certos <strong>fatores individuais, sociais, culturais e estruturais.<\/strong> Assim, a an\u00e1lise destas necessidades requer uma perspetiva mais abrangente e Europeia. Assim, este projeto tamb\u00e9m combina pa\u00edses que t\u00eam um investimento proporcionalmente maior em sa\u00fade (como a Irlanda e a Alemanha) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros que ficam aqu\u00e9m do desejado (como Portugal, Gr\u00e9cia, It\u00e1lia e Chipre). Para ultrapassar as barreiras t\u00e9cnicas, sociais, legais, demogr\u00e1ficas e institucionais, o projeto mobiliza <strong>cuidadores informais, educadores de alto e profissionais da \u00e1rea social e da sa\u00fade<\/strong> com o intuito de promover um espa\u00e7o colaborativo e complementar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto prop\u00f5e-se a desenvolver:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>ICWE Ponto de Partida e Rede Internacional Digital<\/strong> &#8211; Uma plataforma digital onde os cuidadores informais e os prestadores de cuidados, bem como qualquer parte interessada, possam obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as pol\u00edticas locais\/nacionais\/internacionais e clarificar d\u00favidas concretas e atualizadas sobre quest\u00f5es relacionadas com os cuidados informais, quest\u00f5es comuns e ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n<li>Materiais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e um conjunto de ferramentas para educadores de adultos (especificamente aqueles que trabalham no setor de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados), com fins de desenvolvimento de um <strong>Treino de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o Transnacional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Toolkit para Cuidadores Informais, com o objetivo de adere\u00e7ar as principais necessidades identificadas ao longo deste projeto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a ser cuidador informal. Neste toolkit poder\u00e3o ser encontrados v\u00eddeos pr\u00e1ticos, instrutivos e com a informa\u00e7\u00e3o condensada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ICWE Evento Online de Sustentabilidade<\/strong> \u2013 com a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes envolvidos ao longo das atividades do projeto, com o objetivo de analisar o seu impacto e como \u00e9 que este pode ser algo expandido e continuado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eventos Multiplicadores Nacionais,<\/strong> para partilhar o projeto, os seus resultados e explorar como estes podem ser adaptados \u00e0s necessidades locais, nacionais e internacionais.
