O projeto “Artistic Licence”<\/strong> pretende utilizar uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica de diferentes disciplinas das artes do espet\u00e1culo para desenvolver recursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o personalizados que apoiassem a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias-chave entre as comunidades de adultos e migrantes cada vez mais marginalizadas na Europa.<\/p>\n Para alcan\u00e7ar este objetivo, os parceiros consideraram as necessidades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o dos educadores para lhes permitir aproveitar todo o potencial destas abordagens metodol\u00f3gicas alternativas. Visto que, os educadores s\u00e3o os principais respons\u00e1veis por apoiar os adultos desmotivados e os membros das comunidades migrantes num percurso educativo rumo \u00e0s compet\u00eancias-chave altamente valorizadas que s\u00e3o essenciais para a inclus\u00e3o social e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal.<\/p>\n O primeiro passo para redefinir um servi\u00e7o de educa\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de envolver aqueles que est\u00e3o mais afastados \u00e9 a conce\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00f5es em servi\u00e7o para as equipa de educadores de adultos e com materiais
