O<strong> objetivo \u00e9 promover formas de maximizar os benef\u00edcios do voluntariado em termos de integra\u00e7\u00e3o social e reinser\u00e7\u00e3o, participa\u00e7\u00e3o c\u00edvica e oportunidades de mobilidade<\/strong>.<br \/>O projeto pretende ajudar os adultos desempregados e dot\u00e1-los de ferramentas para melhorar as suas capacidades e compet\u00eancias de participa\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica, lideran\u00e7a, coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, tornando-os tamb\u00e9m ativos para melhorarem o territ\u00f3rio social e econ\u00f3mico a que pertencem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto tamb\u00e9m se destina ao<strong> pessoal das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos e de voluntariado dos pa\u00edses parceiros<\/strong> que podem receber forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a metodologia e o tema da melhoria dos resultados de aprendizagem nos servi\u00e7os de voluntariado.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text
