O projeto “READY”<\/strong> visa refor\u00e7ar a consci\u00eancia socioecol\u00f3gica e o desenvolvimento de capacidades dos seus jovens benefici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

Atrav\u00e9s da quest\u00e3o ambiental<\/strong>, os jovens desenvolver\u00e3o compet\u00eancias em mat\u00e9ria de campanhas, gest\u00e3o de projetos, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, defesa de causas,<\/strong> etc. Participar\u00e3o em sess\u00f5es de refor\u00e7o de capacidades e ser\u00e3o convidados a tomar iniciativas para criar e divulgar atividades no \u00e2mbito do projeto nos seus contextos locais e online<\/strong>, nomeadamente atrav\u00e9s de um blogue que todos ir\u00e3o gerir em conjunto e que se destinar\u00e1 a partilhar as suas a\u00e7\u00f5es com os outros benefici\u00e1rios no estrangeiro.<\/p>\n

O projeto pretende aumentar a base de dados sobre os principais obst\u00e1culos e oportunidades que os jovens enfrentam nas zonas suburbanas desfavorecidas, melhorar a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transnacional entre os animadores de juventude, aumentar a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, aumentar as compet\u00eancias ecol\u00f3gicas e capacitar os jovens desfavorecidos para se empenharem na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente nas suas pr\u00f3prias comunidades, assegurar a sustentabilidade da sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental atrav\u00e9s da aprendizagem entre pares e alargar as oportunidades de emprego dos jovens residentes em zonas desfavorecidas atrav\u00e9s de atividades de refor\u00e7o das capacidades destinadas a aumentar as compet\u00eancias de empreendedorismo ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n
