O projeto prev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m que pessoas que trabalham com jovens e stakeholders relevantes sejam equipados com as capacidades necess\u00e1rias para avaliar a sua capacidade de incluir, desenvolver, implementar e manter pessoas com diversidade funcional e\/ou em desvantagem nas suas atividades de trabalho. Os principais <strong>grupos-alvo<\/strong> s\u00e3o assim os jovens com diversidade funcional e\/ou em desvantagem, pessoas que trabalham com jovens e stakeholders relevantes e interessados na inclus\u00e3o bem-sucedida em projetos Erasmus+.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, iremos desenvolver os <strong>seguintes resultados<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Network e plataforma online inclusiva que facilite a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pessoas com diversidade funcional e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es interessadas em participar em programas europeus.<\/li>\n<li>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com diversidade funcional, pessoas que trabalham com jovens e stakeholders interessados em t\u00f3picos relacionados com a inclus\u00e3o e acessibilidade.<\/li>\n<li>Campanhas de consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o relacionados com os resultados obtidos durante o projeto e, em geral, com o t\u00f3pico de acessibilidade de oportunidades a pessoas com diversidade funcional e\/ou com desvantagem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/way2goproject\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
