modelo da cabe\u00e7a, do cora\u00e7\u00e3o e das m\u00e3os para a aprendizagem transformadora&#8221;<\/strong> visa abordar os desafios enfrentados por jovens (dos 15 aos 29 anos) e T\u00e9cnicos da Juventude em toda a Europa, fornecendo um conjunto de recursos que podem utilizar para se envolverem na defesa do planeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto pretende criar um espa\u00e7o formativo e interventivo para jovens motivados\/as a agir relativamente \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e a tornarem-se agentes de mudan\u00e7a das suas comunidades locais e nacionais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No \u00e2mbito do projeto ir\u00e3o ser desenvolvidos os seguintes pacotes de trabalho:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mapeamento dos desafios enfrentados pelos\/as jovens ao agir na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da natureza.<\/strong> Os dois principais objetivos deste pacote de atividades s\u00e3o:<br \/>a) mapear os desafios exatos que os\/as jovens enfrentam no seu envolvimento ativo na prote\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente;<br \/>b) criar oportunidades participativas e \u201cdar voz\u201d \u00e0s preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e motiva\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais dos\/as jovens.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Transformativa para as mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas<\/strong> \u2013 Um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para T\u00e9cnicos da Juventude<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Banco de Ideias Sustent\u00e1veis para o combate \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas<\/strong> &#8211; Como um kit de ferramentas online, o Banco de Ideias Sustent\u00e1veis ser\u00e1 um espa\u00e7o online aberto para criar di\u00e1logo e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre jovens e T\u00e9cnicos da Juventude sobre as Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no
