O projeto “Inclusive Hubs<\/strong>” procura atenuar os desafios enfrentados<\/strong> por alunos migrantes em ambiente escolar<\/strong>, concentrando-se na educa\u00e7\u00e3o, media\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, sa\u00fade e bem-estar destes, e transformando quatro escolas<\/strong> (uma em cada pa\u00eds parceiro) em hubs\/centros de inclus\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Para al\u00e9m deste objetivo final, Inclusive Hubs tem ainda como objetivos: (1)<\/strong> capacitar l\u00edderes escolares, professores, funcion\u00e1rios e atores locais<\/strong>, de forma a estes apoiarem de forma mais eficaz e consciente a inclus\u00e3o dos alunos migrantes no sistema educacional e na sociedade em geral; (2)<\/strong> Desenvolver as compet\u00eancias lingu\u00edsticas<\/strong>, o bem-estar<\/strong> e a resili\u00eancia dos alunos migrantes e respetivas fam\u00edlias<\/strong>; e (3)<\/strong> Oferecer recursos aos pais<\/strong> migrantes para atuarem como mediadores culturais nas escolas.<\/p>\n Os resultados deste projeto incluem:<\/p>\n Durante a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto\u00a0<\/span>foram elaboradas 4 newsletters com as novidades do projeto, atividades decorridas e a ocorrer e foi poss\u00edvel ainda documentar os passos do projeto.
