Isto com vista a identificar e desenvolver pr\u00e1ticas e estrat\u00e9gias para a sua inclus\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local. Espera-se que este projeto constitua uma base pr\u00e1tica e construtiva para a a\u00e7\u00e3o em prol da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as mulheres (migrantes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os principais <strong>grupos-alvo<\/strong> ser\u00e3o as <em>mulheres migrantes<\/em> que vivem em zonas rurais, <em>educadores e formadores adultos<\/em> que trabalham em <em>estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com migrantes<\/em> &#8211; e de prefer\u00eancia mulheres migrantes e intervenientes e decisores pol\u00edticos: tais como autoridades locais e regionais, associa\u00e7\u00f5es de migrantes, empregadores, sociedade civil, intervenientes financeiros e sociais, institui\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o em educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto tem os seguintes objetivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Criar quadros s\u00f3lidos de apoio te\u00f3rico e metodol\u00f3gico que respondam \u00e0s necessidades das mulheres migrantes que vivem em zonas rurais.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Colmatar a lacuna existente na educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos no que diz respeito a programas inovadores e adaptados \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o de mulheres migrantes rurais e ao seu envolvimento ativo na educa\u00e7\u00e3o, emprego e forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar poder \u00e0s comunidades, motiv\u00e1-las e educ\u00e1-las, no sentido de promover atitudes mais tolerantes e inclusivas que aumentem a resili\u00eancia e continuidade das comunidades, ao mesmo tempo que abrangem as mulheres migrantes rurais como membros iguais da comunidade.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contribuir para uma mudan\u00e7a mensur\u00e1vel nas pr\u00e1ticas, atitudes, pol\u00edticas, processos dos intervenientes locais formais e informais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres migrantes rurais.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promover a toler\u00e2ncia, inclus\u00e3o, justi\u00e7a e igualdade de direitos ao mesmo tempo que se combate o racismo, o preconceito e a xenofobia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres migrantes rurais. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
