O Career Compass ir\u00e1 desenvolver um modelo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente para uma nova interven\u00e7\u00e3o de planeamento de carreira para apoiar os jovens adultos que abandonaram a educa\u00e7\u00e3o formal, sofreram perdas de emprego induzidas pela pandemia ou est\u00e3o atualmente em empregos vulner\u00e1veis. Adotar\u00e1 uma abordagem ab initio<\/em> para desenvolver estes novos recursos a n\u00edveis introdut\u00f3rios e avan\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n No decorrer da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, ir\u00e3o ser desenvolvidos os seguintes recursos:<\/p>\n Durante a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto que decorreu entre o dia 1 de novembro de 2022 e o dia 31 de outubro de 2024<\/strong> foram elaboradas 4 newsletters com as novidades do projeto, atividades decorridas e a ocorrer e foi poss\u00edvel ainda documentar os passos do projeto.
