As mulheres usam um ter\u00e7o do capital inicial do que os homens devido a mais dificuldades em lidar com bancos e entrar em redes financeiras informais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto promeve a oferta de <strong>sistemas de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional a mulheres<\/strong> jovens que querem <strong>desenvolver e liderar empresas sociais ou envolver-se no mundo do empreendedorismo<\/strong>, atrav\u00e9s da disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais de alta qualidade e forma\u00e7\u00e3o com m\u00e9todos inovadores e ferramentas individualizadas para apoiar as mulheres jovens e encoraj\u00e1-las na adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao mercado de trabalho p\u00f3s-pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este
