O projeto “FINPOWER – Capacitar as mulheres para a sustentabilidade financeira atrav\u00e9s da microaprendizagem”<\/strong> pretende refor\u00e7ar a literacia financeira das mulheres<\/strong> de forma sustent\u00e1vel, para poderem otimizar a sua tomada de decis\u00f5es.<\/p>\n Com o conhecimento adquirido no desenvolvimento deste projeto, as mulheres ir\u00e3o aumentar os seus recursos de gest\u00e3o financeira e refor\u00e7ar a sua autoestima e confian\u00e7a<\/strong> nas suas capacidades financeiras para participar igualmente na sociedade moderna.<\/p>\n A literacia financeira<\/strong> \u00e9 essencial para a economia, equil\u00edbrio financeiro e para o seu desenvolvimento. Uma elevada literacia financeira permite \u00e0s pessoas gerir melhor os seus problemas financeiros, e apresentar um melhor desempenho na escolha da sua carreira.<\/p>\n Em toda a UE, existem ainda lacunas significativas entre mulheres e homens em termos de n\u00edveis de literacia financeira, o que est\u00e1 a deixar as mulheres numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o de desvantagem em termos gerais.<\/p>\n O principal objetivo do projeto \u00e9 aumentar as capacidades das mulheres em literacia financeira<\/strong>, incluindo os \u00faltimos desenvolvimentos importantes neste campo (sustentabilidade, bens virtuais, criptocurr\u00eancias, etc.) a fim de fortalecer a sua literacia financeira.<\/p>\n No decorrer da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, foram desenvolvidos os seguintes recursos:<\/p>\n Durante a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto que decorreu entre o dia\u00a0<\/span>1 de novembro de 2022 e o dia 31 de outubro de 2024,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>foram elaboradas 4 newsletters com as novidades do projeto, atividades decorridas e a ocorrer e foi poss\u00edvel ainda documentar os passos do projeto.
