O projeto integra ferramentas de aprendizagem digital e mista, apoiando assim o refor\u00e7o\/aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias digitais entre os aprendentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma vez que todos os parceiros do projeto trabalham diretamente com estes grupos-alvo, oferecendo programas e interven\u00e7\u00f5es para promover o bem-estar, a resili\u00eancia e a inclus\u00e3o, o projeto beneficiar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras, uma vez que ser\u00e1 uma oportunidade para melhorar as compet\u00eancias do pessoal, bem como para aprender e testar novas estrat\u00e9gias e ferramentas que &#8211; quando provarem ser bem sucedidas e replic\u00e1veis &#8211; podem ser incorporadas na oferta padr\u00e3o das pr\u00f3prias organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>As ferramentas correspondem aos <b><strong>PRs<\/strong><\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>PR1<\/strong><b><strong>:<\/strong><\/b> uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth4work.eu\/database\/\"><b><u><strong>base de dados\u00a0 (PT)<\/strong><\/u><\/b><\/a> multilingue e publicamente dispon\u00edvel que fornece um reposit\u00f3rio pesquis\u00e1vel de pr\u00e1ticas, pol\u00edticas e li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o efectiva da sa\u00fade mental no local de trabalho aplicada no contexto das PME.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b><strong>PR2:<\/strong><\/b> um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth4work.eu\/e-learning\/\"><b><u><strong>curso de e-learning<\/strong><\/u><\/b><\/a> auto-dirigido, dirigido a funcion\u00e1rios e gestores de PMEs e destinado a apoiar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias que ir\u00e3o melhorar o seu bem-estar mental no local de trabalho.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b><strong>PR3:<\/strong><\/b> Este PR ser\u00e1 uma s\u00e9rie de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth4work.eu\/podcasts\/\"><b><u><strong>podcasts<\/strong><\/u><\/b><\/a> em que especialistas e\/ou propriet\u00e1rios de PMEs dos diferentes pa\u00edses envolvidos no projeto ser\u00e3o entrevistados para discutir e dar sugest\u00f5es aos propriet\u00e1rios de PMEs sobre como reconhecer sinais de sa\u00fade mental deficiente e o que podem fazer para responder ou para os prevenir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b><strong>PR4<\/strong><\/b>: O resultado \u00e9 um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth4work.eu\/methodological-framework\/\"><b><u><strong>quadro metodol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/u><\/b><\/a> sobre como envolver as partes interessadas de diferentes n\u00edveis em torno da quest\u00e3o da sa\u00fade mental no local de trabalho nas PMEs, envolvendo empresas, associa\u00e7\u00f5es de PMEs, profissionais de sa\u00fade mental e sociais, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que trabalham no dom\u00ednio da sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a no trabalho, educadores, ONGs, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
