O projeto “SIS-SME”<\/strong> desenvolveu um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gico e inovador para empres\u00e1rios e gestores de empresas<\/strong>, com o objetivo de apoiar uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva do impacto do Covid-19.<\/p>\n

O projeto desenvolveu materiais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sob a forma de EduZines concebidas para a aprendizagem em smartphones, com o objetivo de baixar a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o no setor das PMEs.<\/p>\n

O projeto centrou-se no desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias estrat\u00e9gicas de inova\u00e7\u00e3o das PME para garantir que estas estejam informadas e equipadas para aproveitar as oportunidades emergentes no mundo digital atual.<\/p>\n

A inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator base importante para o sucesso empresarial e permite manter a relev\u00e2ncia e a competitividade ,bem como, promove o desenvolvimento dos diversos setores.<\/p>\n

O projeto desenvolveu tamb\u00e9m uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o<\/strong> para os profissionais de EFP<\/strong>, a fim de assegurar que, em primeiro lugar, tenham conhecimentos sobre inova\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica no setor das PMEs e, mais importante ainda, desenvolvam as suas compet\u00eancias pedag\u00f3gicas e digitais para poderem assim aproveitar o potencial da aprendizagem online, que lhes permite prestar um servi\u00e7o de EFP de alta qualidade no contexto do Covid-19, que inviabiliza a educa\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional presencial.<\/p>\n

Este projeto \u00e9 apoiado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu Erasmus+ \u2013 Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n
