The project “WELL@SME: Bem-estar psicológico nas PMEs” project aims to respond to the specific needs of employees and managers/owners of SMEs, by designing and delivering tailored resources, tools and strategies to prevent work-related stress and the negative impact of working conditions on mental health.
The project aims to create and develop a flexible learning offer to promote positive mental health in the workplace, tailored to the specific learning needs of SME owners and employees. The project integrates digital and blended learning tools, thus supporting the reinforcement/acquisition of digital competences among learners.
As all project partners work directly with these target groups, offering programmes and interventions to promote well-being, resilience and inclusion, the project will also benefit partner organisations, as it will be an opportunity to improve staff skills, as well as to learn and test new strategies and tools that - when proven successful and replicable - can be incorporated into the organisations' own standard offer.
This project is supported in the frame of the Erasmus+ European programme.
